Wagon Productions presents The Campus Comedy Tour July - August 2010A collection of Australia’s best comedic talent will be touring through Australia’s regional Universities and Towns in July and August to steer Australia’s future slightly off course one show at a time.See what happens when a bunch of people who’ve chosen a microphone over a real job hit a room full of people with high hopes and ambition.Hand picked for a university/regional crowd the performers will take to the stage for a huge 2 and a half hour show. Since storming the Adelaide Fringe and Melbourne International Comedy Festival in 2000 Mickey D has performed across the UK, throughout Europe and the States and acquired an impressive list of TV and radio credits. More recently his achievements were acknowledged when he won’ Best Comedy Award 2007 at the Adelaide Fringe Festival’.

 Australian Comedian & Actor, Matt Okine, began his career by becoming a national Triple J RAW finalist in 2004, at the age of 18, after only 3 previous gigs (those being the preliminary stages of the competition!).
 He was a 2Day FM Comedy God finalist later that year, and in January 2005, Matt took out the Brisbane New Comic of the Year competition. In 2006, he was in “Show Us Your Roots” at the Canberra Theatre, and was also a part of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival’s ‘New Talent’ Showcase.
 In late 2007, Matt performed on “Rove Live” after winning the Rove Live/Snickers Golden Nut Competition. He followed this with a sell-out show at the Melbourne Comedy Festival (2008) and was flown to Miami as part of NBC’s hit show, “Last Comic Standing”. Most recently, Matt has appeared on Channel 7’s All Saints, Nickelodeon’s H20: Just Add Water, ABC2’s I Rock, and was a guest panellist on SBS’s “The Squiz”. Matt is also co-writer and producer of the TV Pilot, Not Available. With these achievements, along with several other TV and film acting appearances, Matt Okine is definitely one of Australia’s rising comic talents. 
Jim RochfordSydney born and raised, Jim Rochford’s comedy has been described as “Serious discussion that accidentally ends up as comedy” (it’s Jim that says that). With a tongue permanently in cheek, his mischievous, satirical, storytelling approach has been working Sydney Stand up rooms for the past 3 years. Being born the middle child of five, Jim brings a lifetime of “unfortunate” stories to life on stage every night.Jacques Barrett
